Directions

Starting from the main Placencia Pier also known as “The Pint”, walk north on the Famous Placencia Sidewalk about 100 yards.

You’ll see MeMe’s Place on the left which has a white a pink sign in from of the building.

We’re directly in from of the Art’n’Soul gallery.

Parking

There is currently no parking available on the property. Parking at “The Point” near the pier is free and is about a 100 yard walk down the side walk to get the MeMe’s Place.

House Rules

During Stay

1. No parties or events are allowed.
2. No smoking allowed.
3. No pets allowed.
4. No unregistered guests are allowed.
5. Don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining area.
6. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. To keep your belongings safe, don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
7. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
8. Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the balcony or rooftop.
9. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported.

Upon Checkout

• Please strip beds if used and place any used linen in the hamper and leave hampers next to the front door.
• Please wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout. Please use the garbage bin in front of the property.
• Please return the furniture to its original position if you rearranged them.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times.

• Cancellations must be received at least a week in advance of reserved date for return of deposit. If cancellation is received within a week of reserved date, return of deposit will be contingent upon our ability to re-book the room. All cancellations are subject to a USD$25.00 service fee. No refunds for early departures.
• No refunds for no-shows or used portions of accommodations or packages
• Non-availability of Accommodation – We would only cancel your stay if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would then refund your deposit in full. Our liability would not extend beyond this point.
